To prepare England fans for the eagerly anticipated UEFA EURO 2012™ Carlsberg have launched their new TV commercial - The Carlsberg Fan Academy! (www.carlsbergfanacademy.co.uk)

As the official beer of the England team and a proud sponsor of UEFA EURO 2012™, Carlsberg have enlisted top celebrities to help England fans get behind their team and give their all for England.

The Academy, headed by Des Lynam features England legends Bobby Charlton, Peter Shilton, Stuart Pearce and Ian Wright; actor Brian Blessed; ex-Olympic gold medallist Linford Christie; explorer Ray Mears; and TV presenter Helen Chamberlain. The advert also features 300 England fans who were more than keen to get behind the Three Lions!

Apple's marketing history may seem like a continual streak of genius advertising, but even the mighty gadget company has suffered a few stumbles. Take this rarely seen sequel to Apple's epic "1984" ad spot that features Steve Jobs showing off his acting chops as Franklin Roosevelt in 1944.

The full clip, clocking in at a lengthy 9 minutes, was created for a sales associates meeting held in Hawaii in 1984. Jobs' role as FDR leading the charge against enemy forces was meant as a rallying call to defeat IBM's dominance.

#Wikileaks Announces New Assange TV Show to Launch

According to a statement on the Wikileaks Twitter account, Julian Assange has completed filming twelve episodes of his forthcoming show, “The World Tomorrow”. The first episode will be aired on RT and released online on Tuesday 17 April 2012, with other networks to follow. In January we reported that although Assange was facing extradition he was still committed to filming a television series which will see him interview “key political players, thinkers and revolutionaries” from around the world. A video on the Wikileaks website shows a trailer with as much about Wikileaks as it does about Assange’s detention and the reaction of mainstream media and world governments.
